Under the strong support of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government and the correct leadership of the Municipal Culture, Radio and New Bureau, the Bada Shanren Memorial Hall works together in accordance with the cultural relics work of "protection first, rescue first, rational use, and strengthen management" Focusing on prosperity and development, actively expand the service functions of cultural venues, continuously improve the level of cultural services for the benefit of the people, actively carry out academic and exchange activities, and strengthen the security of cultural relics . With the arrival of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the library in 2019, our library has specially formulated a work plan and reported it as follows:

• major key projects

1. Apply for the "Internet + Chinese Civilization-" Public Cultural Big Data Service Platform Construction (Phase II) Project of Bada Shanren Memorial Hall

In 2017, our museum applied for the project of "Internet + Chinese Civilization - Public Cultural Big Data Service Platform Construction of Bada Shanren Memorial Hall (Phase I)", using the Internet + concept to promote the construction of Bada Shanren Digital Memorial Hall by building a big data platform. Since 2018, the project has been basically completed, and the second phase of construction will be declared for the follow-up projects.

2. Completed the intelligent security upgrade project

As a national key cultural relics protection unit, Qingyunpu, in order to better protect the national cultural relics and strengthen the construction of the security protection system, according to the "Notice of Nanchang Finance Bureau on Doing a Good Job in Municipal Budget Performance Target Management in 2018" (Hongcaiban [2017] No. 26) spirit of the document, actively declare the intelligent security upgrade project, the system is mainly composed of four systems: digital video surveillance system, intrusion alarm system, information release system and UPS power supply system. The project is expected to be fully completed in 2019.

3. Apply for Qingyunpu Fire Engineering Project

According to the spirit of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage's "Notice on Further Optimizing the Examination and Approval " (Wuwen Baofa [ 2016] No. 25), our library actively organizes the declaration work. The "National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit Protection Project (Security, Fire and Lightning Protection) Plan" and "Jiangxi Province (Autonomous Region, Municipality) 2019 National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit Project Annual Plan" have been submitted to the Cultural Relics Department of the Bureau for approval.

4. Solve related problems such as Peng Youshan Art Museum maintenance

The Peng Youshan Art Museum was built in 2011 and completed in 2012. The project was built by Nanchang Municipal Engineering Development Group Co., Ltd., and the Peng Youshan Art Museum has not yet been handed over. Since 2017, there have been serious phenomena such as constant temperature and humidity machine equipment failure, basement water leakage, strong electricity leakage, and roof and wall falling off, which forced our library to close. In stepping up coordination with Nanchang Municipal Engineering Development Group Co., Ltd. to solve this problem, in order to prepare for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the museum, we will make every effort to fully open the museum.

2. Talent introduction plan

1. Actively prepare for the work of Jiangxi Primary and Secondary School Research and Practice Education Base

In March 2018, our library actively declared in accordance with the spirit of the document "Letter on Business Requests to Recommend Research and Practice Education Bases for Primary and Secondary School Students in the Province" (Ganjiaohan [2018] No. 6), and there is currently a lack of explainers and related training personnel , it is necessary to recruit 5 external lecturers, and the specific recruitment plan is being edited.

2. Unremitting attention

The safety and security work of our library is a long-term, arduous and complicated system project. The leaders of the library work together and rely on the staff of the whole library to jointly manage it. At present, there is only one middle-level leader in the security department, and it is especially necessary to have a staff member who has the identity of a member of the Communist Party of China.

3. Bringing in, going out, exchanging exhibition plans with foreign countries

In recent years, our library has continuously innovated service forms, and carried out various social voluntary service activities with rich content such as entering the campus, entering the community, and entering the police district . At the same time, high-quality exhibitions are introduced, academic seminars, famous pen meetings and other activities are invited.

• Development of cultural and creative products

In July this year , curator Zhou Xiaojian led a team of 5 key personnel to go to Suzhou Museum, Shanghai Museum and Beijing Palace Museum for investigation. Combining with the cultural elements of Bada Shanren, it developed practical and artistic products. Interesting cultural and creative products; cooperate with Jiangxi Rongde Anti-counterfeiting Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nanchang Banknote Printing Factory, to develop a collection of "Top Ten Cultural Celebrities in Ancient China-Bada Shanren". At the same time, further enrich the collection of books in the library, and purchase books with research and collection value.

• Intensify publicity and break through the number of visitors

Reached a cooperative relationship of resource sharing with news media and travel agencies, actively promoted Bada Shanren, and promoted the Bada Shanren Memorial Hall as a business card of Nanchang.
