Self-inscribed: “Victory Painting of the Qigong Uprising—Revolutionary Martyr Fang Zhimin, in the autumn of 1927, led the Yiyang peasants in the Qigong Uprising, seizing three guns from the puppet police station and achieving complete victory. From then on, a guerrilla force was established, steadily growing stronger by continuously defeating the enemy. Over time, this force expanded from just three guns to several corps, and its base areas gradually extended to more than twenty counties in northern Fujian, western Hunan, southern Anhui, and northeastern Jiangxi. This victory holds a certain role and great significance in the history of the Chinese revolution. Summer of 1954, at Jiangxi Normal College, inscribed by Peng Youshan.”
