Procurement Item: Series of Events Commemorating the 400th Anniversary of Bada Shanren’s Birth Procurement quantity: 1 item Main functions and objectives: Through organizing a special exhibition marking the 400th anniversary of Bada Shanren, an international academic conference, a series of “Geshan Lectures,” and a call for scholarly papers, we will systematically showcase Bada Shanren’s artistic achievements and cultural significance, thereby promoting deeper research and wider dissemination of his work. The exhibition will be jointly organized with 16 to 20 museums and art galleries across China, borrowing no fewer than 40 pieces or sets (totaling 100 items) from these institutions, while also drawing on our own museum’s collections. We will create an immersive exhibition experience that combines both offline and online elements, enhancing public engagement and fostering a stronger sense of cultural identity and participation. Requirements to be met: 1. Possess experience in planning and executing large-scale cultural and artistic exhibitions, with expertise in exhibition design, exhibition hall renovation, and the construction of multimedia exhibition spaces; 2. Have successful collaboration experience with cultural and museum institutions such as museums and art galleries, and be familiar with the entire process—including loaning of cultural relics, handover procedures, transportation insurance, installation and dismantling—along with relevant safety standards; 3. Strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations governing government procurement as well as industry standards for cultural and museum sectors. |
