II. Project Status

(1) Project Name

Catering Ingredient Delivery Service for the Eight Great Mountains Man Memorial Hall Canteen

Procurement budget: 369,600 yuan

(2) Scope of Procurement: All types of food ingredients required by canteens, including vegetables, aquatic products, fresh meat from livestock and poultry, poultry eggs, dried goods, grains and oils, seasonings and frozen products, fruits, and soybean products.

III. Qualification Requirements

Meets the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:

(1) Having the capacity to independently assume civil liability;

(2) Possessing good commercial credit and a sound financial accounting system;

(3) Possess the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;

(4) Has a good record of paying taxes and social security contributions in accordance with the law;

(5) Within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there have been no significant violations of the law in business operations.

(6) Other conditions and special requirements for the project as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations:

1. Suppliers whose legal representatives are the same person or that have direct controlling or management relationships with each other shall not participate in procurement activities under the same contract.

2. Suppliers providing comprehensive design, specification preparation, or services such as project management, supervision, and testing for a procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of that project.

3. Suppliers listed on the “Credit China” website as untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement or as parties involved in major tax violation cases, or listed on the “China Government Procurement Website” as having engaged in serious violations of integrity and trustworthiness in government procurement (whose penalty periods have not yet expired), shall not participate in the government procurement activities for this project. (Suppliers must independently check the relevant information via the “Credit China” website (www.Creditchina.gov.cn) and the “China Government Procurement Website” (www.ccgp.gov.cn), and provide screenshots of the search results affixed with the supplier’s official seal.)

This project is a procurement initiative specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises.

The qualification review documents submitted by applicants must be truthful, accurate, and factually correct. Should any applicant be found to have submitted false materials or concealed relevant information, their eligibility to participate will be immediately revoked upon verification, and the matter will be reported to the administrative authorities and credit reporting agencies.

IV. Content of the Application Documents

The application documents submitted by the applicant shall include, but are not limited to, the following: a company profile, a copy of the business license, a written statement confirming that the company has been free of any illegal or disciplinary violations in its business activities over the past three years, and response materials that meet the project requirements and standards.

The participating organizations must ensure the authenticity of the information provided. Original documents must be kept for verification purposes. Should any falsification be discovered, their eligibility to participate will be revoked.

V. Registration Details

1. This call for submissions accepts applications both online and through in-person delivery.

Online Registration: Candidate organizations should scan the application documents—after affixing the official seal—to PDF format, then use the scheduled email function to set the email to be sent at 9:00 a.m. on November 25, 2025, to the registration email address: bdsrjng@163.com.

On-site Registration: Candidate organizations should place the application documents into a sealed envelope and deliver them to the Office of the Ba Da Shan Ren Memorial Hall, No. 259 Qingyunpu Road, Qingyunpu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province.

2. Registration period: Valid for 3 business days from the date of posting online.
