The registration content includes the purpose of the donation, name (in kind or cash), recipient (unit) name, and receiving time. The recipient and donor sign separately. When there are too many donated materials or they are not essential items of our library, adhering to the principle of avoiding waste, the recipient must remind the donor to transfer them to another place or politely refuse them.

All donated materials, including food, supplies, and cash, must be invested in public welfare activities in accordance with the principle of diligence, frugality, and practicality.
(4) The museum has formulated a management system for accepting social donations, which is intended to promote the development of the museum cause. Comments that are conducive to the development of public welfare can be left to us on the official website or official account.
(5) For subjective and malicious attacks without evidence, our library will investigate legal responsibility according to the severity of the situation.
