Management System for Social Donations Received by the Badashan Memorial Hall

1、 The donor and the donating unit must clarify that their donation behavior belongs to the nature of voluntary participation in museum public welfare donations. As a member of a social group, we adhere to a pragmatic and capable attitude and voluntarily fulfill our participation obligations.
2、 Public welfare donations belong to the responsibility of individuals and units to bravely try social responsibility, and there is no agreement on donation and investment income orientation.
3、 As the recipient, our library voluntarily performs material dispatch, management, and care.
4、 During the care process, any individual who engages in intentional behavior that causes material damage to the donation shall be compensated according to the price. If any illegal behavior occurs, it shall be handled in accordance with the law.
5、 The donor and donor unit have the right to choose their donation method, variety, quantity, amount, purpose, and recipient.
6、 The receiving party shall implement supervision in the direction of public welfare purposes.
The regulatory procedures are as follows:
（1） Present a dedicated registration book to register the donated items and have them signed and confirmed by the donor. The registration content includes the purpose of the donation, name (in kind or cash), recipient (unit) name, and receiving time. The recipient and donor sign separately. At the same time, take photos and upload them to our website for public disclosure.
（2） Adhere to the principle of treating kindness and saving social resources.
When there are too many donated materials or they are not essential items of our library, adhering to the principle of avoiding waste, the recipient must remind the donor to transfer them to another place or politely refuse them.
（3） Adhere to the principle of minimizing consumption and maximizing public welfare.
All donated materials, including food, supplies, and cash, must be invested in public welfare activities in accordance with the principle of diligence, frugality, and practicality.
（4） The museum has formulated a management system for accepting social donations, which is intended to promote the development of the museum cause. Comments that are conducive to the development of public welfare can be left to us on the official website or official account.
（5） For subjective and malicious attacks without evidence, our library will investigate legal responsibility according to the severity of the situation.
