( 3) Other circumstances in which the Board of Directors deems it necessary to amend the articles of association.

The first Seventy-six item    The amended articles of association, as approved by the council resolution, shall, after being reviewed and approved by the organizing entity, be submitted to the registration and administration authority for filing and approval. If the amendments involve matters related to the legal person registration of public institutions, an application for amendment registration must be submitted to the registration and administration authority.
