  Chapter 1 General Provisions


  Article 1 The name of this group is "Friends of Bada Shanren Memorial Museum".
  Article 2 The Friends of Bada Shanren Memorial Museum is a non-profit organization voluntarily formed by social individuals and units who are scholars of calligraphy and painting art, who are enthusiastic about public welfare, love history and culture, and are willing to legitimately exercise membership rights and fulfill membership obligations.
  Article 3 The purpose of Friends of the Bada Shanren Memorial Museum: To strengthen the communication and interaction between the Bada Shanren Memorial Hall and the public, to further realize the function of the museum serving public education, to improve the cohesion and influence of regional cultural development, and to promote Nanchang public welfare cultural undertakings development of.
  Article 4 The Friends of Bada Shanren Memorial Museum accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the Bada Shanren Council and the organization registration authority.

  Chapter II Business Scope


  Article 5 The scope of business of the group:

  (3) Organize research experts in the Bada Shanren Memorial Hall to hold special knowledge lectures.
  (4) Organize scholars and members to conduct cultural research and exchanges.
  (5) Strengthen the connection between the public and Bada Shanren Memorial Hall.
  (6) Improve and improve the service functions of the Bada Shanren Memorial Hall, and promote the overall service level of the museum.

  Chapter III Member Classification


  Article 6 There are two types of members of the museum:
  (1) Ordinary members
  All members of the public or groups who care about the museum, love the museum, and are committed to promoting the development of the museum can apply to become ordinary members of the Friends of the Bada Shanren Memorial Museum.
  (2) VIP Members
  The public who meets one of the following conditions can apply to become a VIP member of Friends of Bada Shanren Memorial Museum:

  2. Social persons who support the development of cultural undertakings and enthusiastically provide various donations to the museum;
  3. Social persons who actively promote cultural dissemination and actively promote the museum and its culture through various media;

  Chapter Four Rights and Obligations of Members


  Article 7 Member rights

  Article 8 Members perform the following obligations:
  (1) According to the resolutions of the "Friends of the Museum", earnestly complete the work assigned by the "Friends of the Museum", and actively safeguard the rights and interests of the group.
  (2) Actively participate in and support various activities organized by the Association.
  (3) Actively introduce or organize visitors to visit the museum.
  (4) Actively publicize the museum.
  (5) Supervise the activities of the Friends of the Bada Shanren Memorial Museum and all audience services of the museum and put forward constructive suggestions.

  Chapter V Membership Management


  Article 9 Membership Procedures
  (1) Members of Friends of Bada Shanren Memorial Museum implement real-name registration. After understanding and agreeing with the "Rights and Obligations of Members of Friends of Bada Shanren Memorial Museum", please present your ID card and other relevant valid identity documents to this institution. Submit the membership application form.
  (2) The application form must be collected at the Tourist Service Center of the Bada Shanren Memorial Hall.
  (3) After completing the application form, it must be submitted to the office of the Bada Shanren Memorial Hall.
  (4) Membership certificate issued by the museum, relevant membership rights and obligations, organizational rules and regulations of "Friends of the Museum", activity arrangement process and other materials.

  Chapter VI Organizational Structure


  Article 10 The highest authority of the group is the "Friends of Museums" member congress. The functions and powers of the member congress are:
  (1) formulating and revising the articles of association;
  (2) electing and recalling directors;
  (3) deciding on termination matters.
  Article 11 The council is the executive body of the member congress. The functions and powers of the council are:
  (1) to implement the resolutions of the member congress;
  (2) to elect and dismiss the chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary-general;
  (3) to decide on the admission or expulsion of members;
  (4) to decide on the establishment of offices;
  ( 5) Formulate the internal management system;
  (6) Decide on other major issues;
  Article 12 The chairman of the group exercises the following powers:
  (1) Convene and preside over the member congress;
  (2) Check the implementation of the resolutions of the member congress;
  ( 3) Sign relevant important documents on behalf of the group.
  Article 13 The secretary-general of the group exercises the following functions and powers:
  (1) Preside over the daily work of the office, organize and implement the annual work plan;
  (2) Coordinate the work of various branches, representative offices, and entities.

  Chapter VII Amendment Procedures for the Articles of Association


  Article 14 Amendments to the articles of association of the group must be reviewed and approved by the general meeting of members.
  Article 15 The articles of association amended by the group must be reviewed and approved by the professional supervisory unit within 15 days after the approval of the member representative meeting, and reported to the organization registration management authority for approval.
 

  Chapter VIII Termination Procedures and Property Disposal after Termination


  Article 16 If the group fulfills its purpose or dissolves itself or needs to be canceled due to division, merger and other reasons, the competent business department shall propose a termination motion to the council, which shall be voted and approved by the member congress, and reported to the competent business unit for review and approval.
  Article 17 The group will be terminated after it has been deregistered by the organization registration authority. The remaining property after termination shall be used for the development of the cause related to the purpose of the group under the supervision of the professional supervisory unit and the organization registration management authority, in accordance with the relevant state regulations.

  Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions


  Article 18 The Articles of Association shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
  Article 19 The right to interpret this statute belongs to the Friends of Bada Shanren Memorial Museum.
