Volunteers should demonstrate civilized and polite demeanor, speak appropriately, and serve with a smile in their work.
Obey the assigned positions and tasks, and complete them on time and in quantity. If there are special circumstances, they can be submitted to the Exhibition Department of the Badashan Memorial Hall.
If the personal performance does not match the volunteer status and damages the image of the library, the library will dismiss the employee; Outstanding performance will be recognized at the end of the year.
2. Work registration and attendance
The working hours of volunteers are determined through consultation between the volunteers themselves or their guardians and the exhibition and display department of the Badashan Memorial Hall. Generally, there should be no less than two times a month, with each time no less than 2 hours (or no less than 4 hours per month).

Volunteers who are unable to arrive at the agreed time for service should take leave in advance and try to make up for the corresponding service time. The unfinished workload of that year may no longer be supplemented.
Except for service work, visiting, attending lectures, exchanging learning, participating in training, and holding meetings at the Badashan Memorial Hall are not counted as workload statistics.

3、 Volunteer work evaluation
The volunteer evaluation of the Badashan Memorial Hall aims to ensure service quality and maintain a good image of the group, with openness and impartiality as the criteria, and annual workload as the main basis. It is conducted once a year. Those who pass the annual assessment and are willing to continue volunteering will automatically renew their status for one year.

Evaluation basis: Based on daily work performance throughout the year. This includes attendance records for volunteer training, registration forms for voluntary explanations, volunteer audience evaluation forms, and leave requests.

Report to all volunteers the problems encountered during the evaluation and the requirements for improvement work.
